- Apply hormone-informed care to women with psychosis, including prospective perimenstrual symptom tracking, preference for prolactin-sparing antipsychotics, and reassessment of clozapine or olanzapine dosing when estrogen exposure changes.
- Compare the weight-reducing efficacy of semaglutide, liraglutide, and exenatide in antipsychotic-treated patients with schizophrenia, and identify the limitations that remain before GLP-1 agonists can be routinely recommended.
