Biography
Lauren B. Gerlach, DO, MS is a geriatric psychiatrist and health services researcher at the University of Michigan. Her NIH-funded work focuses on the quality and safety of medication prescribing for older adults with dementia, particularly at the end of life. Her research is directly informed by her clinical work with individuals living with dementia and their families as they manage complex behavioral symptoms.
