- In the absence of side effects, if the plasma level is below the range seen in patients on typical doses, suspect poor adherence or rapid metabolism
- Some plasma level ranges:
- Aripiprazole: 150-210 ng/ml
- Olanzapine: 20-40 ng/ml. Added toxicity over 80 ng/ml
